We offer a door-to-door courier service within South Africa. Deliveries are made between 8am – 5pm so it’s best to provide a daytime address for your delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We know how frustrating it can be to fill your cart and not to know what your shipping costs will be until the final checkout. So we offer a set shipping rate to various towns and cities across south africa so there are no surprises. These shipping rates are:

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. We send all our parcels with The Courier Guy and parcels can be tracked via their website www.thecourierguy.co.za/tracking_home.php
Delivery times are dependent on the products that you order. Our stock items will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Please note the lead times on custom products that are printed or made to order – delivery on these products is within 7-14 working days.
Should you require a super speedy delivery then please pop us a mail on email@example.com before placing your order and we will happily try and meet your deadline as best we can.
Our store is not currently setup for international shopping. If you would to place an order for international shipping, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quote according to your needs.
Returns and Refunds*
If you would like to return a purchase – excluding a custom order (see below) – please email us on email@example.com, within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. We will gladly refund you once we have inspected the returned products. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us and all returns must be in their original packaging and condition together with a copy of your proof of purchase. Should the item be deemed faulty after inspection, we will refund your return shipping costs. We are unable to refund or accept returns on products after this 7 day “cooling off” period.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or accept returns on custom, made to order and sale products.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Please note that these shipping and refund policies, outlined above, apply to any product purchased via our online store. Our terms of service for custom design projects may differ to these terms and will be given to all our studio clients at the start of a custom project.
